In order to reach an approximate 50 hours of learning, it is important I stick to a plan for the next 6 weeks. I will be learning and completing 3 recipes each week, ensuring each recipe requires at least 1-2 hours of cooking time (plus learning time).

= 18-36 hours of cooking time, plus additional learning through online reading, viewing of videos, and grocery shopping = approximately 50 hours put into learning project
I will be creating blog posts following each recipe, providing an overview of the learning process prior to cooking and a reflection following the experience. As I find new resources and learning material, I will be using Twitter and this blog to share. In addition, I plan to experience vegetarian cooking in various ways by incorporating all types of meals such as breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and desserts (which will be made vegan) as well as varying foods of different cultural influences. As mentioned before, I will be researching how to eat vegetarian meals that are sufficient in nutrients and protein, as suitable substitutions for meat. I will be using all natural ingredients and be making meals completely from scratch.
